The Conservation Fund

I worked with them on a project documenting Jacks Valley Ranch which was then owned by John Ascuaga who's family had owned the property for 50 years. While development in their area near Lake Tahoe was fast encroaching, the Ascuagas sought assistance from The Conservation Fund who made it possible to turn the Ranch property into a conservation easement held by the U.S. National Forest so nobody can buy this land and develop it.
