I am a hippy-hearted, homeschooling boy mom and a music lover to my core.
As a 40-something, my most amiable qualities fall on the side of being relatable to those who think they're just a little different from the norm and kind to people who look like they're having a rough day. I live to seek out inspiration & knowledge from around the world, ground myself while encompassed by nature and ache to travel endlessly. My time is normally spent tending to our backyard farm, working on a house project, volunteering at local organizations with my kids to support our community, advocating for change and adventuring through the Sierra Nevadas with my family (in our vintage camper named Gertie).
I have been a photographer for fifteen+ years and in 2022, I opened a local photography studio + small event rental space in downtown Carson City, NV. Brick + Pine Studio is open to all creatives for content creation & is also a popular small event & workshop space. In addition to running our rental studio, my career aim is to create visual storytelling for both local & global businesses & nonprofits in order to assist in making this world a better place.
